The Office Coordinator will play a key role in coordinating activities across production, safety, HR, engineering, and logistics—helping to keep everything running smoothly and efficiently.
General Accountabilities
- Support day-to-day operations across production, engineering, and safety
- Liaise with internal teams to track project progress and ensure timely delivery of tasks
- Support the procurement of raw materials for AC Bills of Materials (BOMs) and manage stock to keep the supply chain running smoothly
- Expedite orders and follow up on outstanding actions or supplier issues.
- Coordinate with management on maintenance activities and the procurement of necessary equipment.
- Active involvement in stocktaking processes to ensure inventory accuracy and integrity
- Liaise with Team Lead to identify and plan for the resources needed, such as staff and raw materials.
- Coordinate with Team Leader on AC site fitment schedules with customers, ensuring timely and efficient installation.
- Record parts lists for stock adjustments, maintaining precise and up-to-date inventory data
- Help coordinate resources to meet deadlines and priorities.
Background and Experience
- Proven experience in a fast-paced administrative, coordination, or operations-focused role
- Proven experience in purchasing or procurement processes.
- Comfortable working across multiple functions and switching between priorities
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to work independently
- Competent with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with production or planning systems is a bonus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for different audiences and purposes
- Strong understanding of Health & Safety programs, with the ability to implement and ensure compliance.
