Manufacturing

From concept to production, we produce many of our products at our facilities in the UK and Ireland. By manufacturing ourselves, we can oversee and implement software updates or design modifications following customer feedback. The tailored manufacturing we provide enables the construction of more unique components in smaller runs, minimizing waste when contrasted with overseas mass production.

From vintage cars to 65 tonne juggernauts, we have designed and constructed wiring looms for countless machines over the years. We understand every machine is different, so we continue to build our bespoke wiring looms in-house for every single order.

Aftersales and Support

Tedd Engineering’s involvement doesn’t end when the delivery van leaves our yard. Our engineers often travel to site for the initial installation, testing, and commissioning of new machines. As your product requirements change or specifications are modified based on testing or customer experiences, we support you in updating software or, in some cases, redesigning modules or systems. We are always on hand to help troubleshoot issues and ensure you get the best results.

We provide comprehensive documentation with our systems for your customers, and in-person training for your technical or sales personnel is also available upon request.
