Subscriptions

No Problem!

You can pick and choose which machines you need data from. Within your account, you can select which machines to add while setting up a subscription.

Old credits within your account still work. Machines with pay-as-you-go credits applied will use them as before. When the machine’s credits run out, your machine will become available for the new subscription method.

For machines outside the complimentary data period (2 years included with new machines) An active monthly subscription per machine is required for access.

For new subscriptions registered in 2026, the standard rate has been reduced to £26 for 12 months. This is a 26% saving over the new standard rate of £35.

Low and Medium regions were originally two different subscription costs paid via credits. Since March 2026, these have now been combined into a single cost for machines located in either region for subscribers using the new insite subscription portal powered by Stripe.

Premium data zones are areas where cellular data is extremely cost-prohibitive. This is usually due to volatile states or areas of reduced mobile connectivity.

The premium data surcharge applies to machines certain regions including: Andorra, Angola, Aruba, Bahamas, Bhutan, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Cambodia, Cook Islands, Cuba, Ethiopia, French Polynesia, Gambia, Guam, Guernsey, Guinea-Bissau, Honduras, Iraq, Kosovo, Kyrgyzstan, Liberia, Libyan Arab Jamahiriya, Maldives, Mongolia, Mozambique, Namibia, Nepal, New Caledonia, Palestinian Territory, Sao Tome and Principe, Somalia, Suriname, Syrian Arab Republic, Timor-Leste, Tonga, Turkmenistan, Vanuatu, Vietnam, Virgin Island, Yemen and Zimbabwe.

When a machine is added to a subscription located in one of these regions, you will be notified during setup.  The surcharge is only included in the subscription cost for specific machines within these areas (as per their geolocation) and not for every machine in your entire fleet.

Machines located in these areas were previously not available on 365SiteConnex via the credit option.

Machines located or moved next to (or near) a Premium Data Zone may connect to cellular services within these areas.

In the event of a sustained cellular connection, you will be notified of the additional fee to maintain Telematic data. You would need to either accept the higher charge or relocate the machine away from the region to maintain contact. You will not automatically be charged for data access in Premium Data. Zone.

No, your Monthly Machine Fee covers a single machine’s data access.

Machines need to have active data (either in the complimentary period or an active subscription ); there is no base cost or minimum number of machines required to use 365SiteConnex.

Stripe is an online payment provider which offers 100+ different payment options globally. In 2024, they processed 1.4 trillion in payments. All credit card and payment information is handled within their payment system. Tedd Engineering do not see, handle or store your card details.

Of course!

Payment can be handled by invoice if preferred. Stripe is faster with machine data access instantly following signup, whereas an invoiced fleet will be slower to set up. Contact Tedd Engineering for more information about other payment methods.

*Machines located in Premium Data Zones will attract an additional monthly cost. Notification of the machines that will be affected will be provided during the subscription registration (or if they enter into one of these zones) based on their geo-location. For more information, consult the FAQ or contact Tedd Engineering.
