TeddTelematics

Remote Monitoring

Information no longer has to be gathered and collated from multiple spreadsheets, nor do machines need to be monitored only in person – thanks to telematics, everything is now conveniently available in your hand (or on your desktop).

At the forefront of remote machine monitoring, TeddTelematics serves as a reliable tool, delivering data from field machines to a diverse array of companies across multiple industries.  Each machine has a specially programmed cellular modem that transmits data to the Telematics cloud database for processing. Each Telematics system and the data monitored have been tailored to the client and their end users.  By harnessing this information, our customers operate more efficiently, working smarter rather than harder.

Location Monitoring

Utilising GPS monitoring, the current location of a machine can be pinpointed on the map. Whenever the modem communicates, the machine location is logged, which is ideal for monitoring the positions of hire units or for viewing the historical locations of machine use.

Additionally, the GPS is instrumental in finding stolen equipment, sending real-time location data to assist law enforcement in recovery.

With Geofencing activated, you will receive an email notification if a machine leaves its assigned area, providing greater security against theft..

Review Performance Data

No questions, no chasing, no need to call around for the most recent statistics; everything is readily available and can be compiled easily.

Your customers have the ability to assess their production data to recognise trends and implement changes for optimal efficiency and performance.

As a manufacturer, by reviewing field production data and remotely monitoring machine usage, you can refine operational software or apply design changes for future iterations to better serve the way your customers use your equipment.

Alerts & Notifications

Need to know when an issue occurs, such as a breakdown or overheating?

Thanks to TeddTelematics, message notifications or emails can be sent when set parameters are met. For example, a flood warning is issued when a float switch trips on an automated pumping system, and the pump has become overwhelmed. Or receive servicing intervals.

Remote Alerts allow you or your customers to focus on other tasks, and if something happens that you might need to know about… you will.
